Absent

At the time this post goes live, I will be in hospital. I might even be in surgery at the exact moment this goes out (I had to be there at 8am). Who knows? Anyway, the point of this little post is to say that I'm going into hospital today to have an operation and I don't expect to be around much over the next few days. I've scheduled some blog posts for the next two weeks but certainly for a few days I'm not sure I'll be able to publish comments or anything, in fact I am fairly sure I won't be.

It's nothing terribly major but am going to be sore for a while afterwards but am petrified. I've  long history of hospital/surgery/vein/injection/blood test related phobias, which are much better these days but still leave me with a feeling of dread so please send me all your positive vibes. If you've seen me stropping about on other social media sites, sorry, this has been weighing heavily on my mind for a few weeks now and really affecting my mood.

So anyway, see you on the other side and... SEND CAKE!
