So today I'm going to show you the rest of the things I bought.
Firstly the second of the two Limited Edition Instant Light Blushes, in Coral Tonic.
I raved about why I love these on my previous blog post, the textures are beautiful, the light they give is beautiful, the shades are beautiful, everything about them is fantastic. At £19 they are not cheap but I bought mine for £15.20 from Escentual.com.
The only difference between this and Vitamin Pink is that this is subtler. Beautiful. Sorry about the mish-mash of colours on my face here, I would normally have worn the pink lipstick with the pink blush this blush with the Pink Coral Jolie Rouge Sheer lipstick but was trying all my new bits out!
Next, the Eye Quartet Mineral Palette in Blue Sky
These are blues for the colour wary. Gorgeous shades, the only disappointment is the white shade which is a bit chunky/sheer. But otherwise these are beautiful and can be used wet or dry.
This was £30 but again, I bought it from Escentual at a reduced price of £25.
Next is the Jolie Rouge Lipstick in Baby Pink.
Also can be seen in pictures above. The Jolie Rouge lipstick is extremely soft and shiny and feels melty if that makes any sense. These do have a fruity scent, which I like, but worth noting if you're not a fan of scented lipsticks! The colour is one of those colours that doesn't really work on me but I'm drawn to regardless. But it's the finish of these that's really special. They feel like a lip treatment, not a lipstick.
I also bought the Jolie Rouge lipstick in Poppy Red.
In the swatches photo, the Poppy Red is the swatch on the right. Same gorgeous formula as the baby pink and a very wearable red indeed.
The Jolie Rouge Lipsticks are £16.50 but again I bought mine from Escentual for £13.20.
Last but very definitely not least is the Clarins Gloss Prodige - Intense Colour and Shine Lip Gloss in Papaya.
Papaya is the left hand swatch in the above photo. The Gloss Prodige are new lipglosses and a permanent addition to the Clarins range I believe. Available in 8 shades I must admit I struggled to choose one. I chose Papaya but I also love the look of Rose and Grenadine and Raspberry. I'm terrible for buying glosses because they look gorgeous and then never wearing them. The difference with these beauties is not only are they really pigmented, but they are a whole new formula. A sort of gel formula and they do feel different on the lips. A little sticky, but nothing hideous. Very comfortable on. And these are blackberry and liquorice scented which I find absolutely gorgeous.
Gorgeous. These are £15.50 but I bought mine from... yes you guessed it, Escentual, for £12.40.
I bought all of these items myself and I have no links with Escentual other than once being their blog of the week... I've just seen they have discounts on all Clarins at the moment and I don't know for how much longer so if you want some go grab it now!
I can't rave enough about Clarins in general, but in particular this collection, it's so beautiful and understated. Particular mention must go again to the Colour Breeze Face and Blush powder, so gorgeous for a flawless face that I have two and I'm still scared I might run out!
I love everything you bought. The lipsticks look gorgeous on you. Especially the Poppy Red! x

ReplyDeleteADORE that Poppy lipstick on you. It makes your eyes incredibly blue!!! I don't think I'm too wild about that cream blush. The Vitamin one looks more promising I think. THis one has a foundation look to it,if you know what I mean. Thanks for the reviews!
