I'm no stranger to HD Brows and until a few months ago was having them done extremely regularly and satisfactorily with the fabulous Michelle of Defined Brows.
Disaster struck though and Michelle hasn't been working in Exeter for quite some time now and when Brenda Anvari at Visage House offered me the HD Brows treatment at her beautiful salon I popped along for a very much needed treatment.
I've done many blog posts about Brenda Anvari's Salon and products so it goes without saying that I was treated to a relaxing treatment and at a very high standard.
A quick run down of what HD Brows are for those who aren't familiar. Essentially brows the HD way are created using seven steps, so not just your wax or pluck and shape. There's threading, tinting, waxing, plucking, cutting, powder. There's usually a detailed consultation and assessment before starting too.
I'm pleased to say that at Visage House every step was followed to the letter and I was delighted with my brows when I left the salon.
At this point I need to apologise for my very much NON HD photographs. I don't really know what happened. Of course when looking at the thumbnails on my PC they looked fine and I can't retake the pictures as my brows have grown out...anyway, here, take a look.
It's testament to the training that these HD Brows were carried out in exactly the same way as my usual therapist and if I had to choose I couldn't tell you which was better. As it is, to my knowledge Visage House are currently the only people offering HD Brows in Exeter and I'm pleased to say they are excellent.
At Visage House the treatment costs £36 which puts it out of my price range BUT I've checked, it's quite in line with national prices for the treatment.
If you need to get those brows in shape, just do it, you won't regret it.
