More Clarins Rouge Eclat Swatches

A few weeks ago I showed you a selection of the fabulous new Rouge Eclat swatches that are new to Clarins this Spring along with swatches. I have actually acquired, quite by fortunate accident, a few more shades to show you.

Left to Right we have Red Wine (07), Sweet Rose (02) and Nude Rose (01).

 And in the same order, these are the shades on my lips (rather shoddily applied, I apologise!)

I really like all of these and again, in terms of texture and wearability they don't fail. I find Nude Rose especially wearable though, it's a great every day lipstick for me and er...thats why it's used in the first picture...I just love it!

Red Wine, when viewed close up, looks very bold, which it is, but I must say, in practice, with the rest of my make up kept simple, it's a pretty good red for day wear, I suppose because it's not scarlet, and not bright, that makes it more in my comfort zone. Bit of an orange photograph, but here's how I wore it.
